BioI grew up in Illinois, moved to Wisconsin when I was 14, and have been here since. I love to cook and make quilts, and when the mood hits I will make my own clothes, either from a pattern I have, or one I've modified to make what I want. :) I'm on deviantArt (same username) and Flickr. I knit occasionally, usually to make something for someone else, or to prove to myself that I can. I usually sew with anime or a explosion-ridden sci-fi movie on, or I'll read myself to sleep. I normally prefer a book to a movie. I work at a car parts store and used to help my dad rebuild a 1926 Chevy Superior (K model). I like curries with lots of veggies in them, and stir-fry with lots of sauce.
